Family KITAS Extension

Make sure your Family KITAS is renewed so that you can continue to live in Indonesia and spend time with
your family members without administrative constraints.

Family KITAS extension is required to extend the stay permit for foreign spouses or family members residing
in Indonesia, so you can stay legally and comfortably without interference from immigration regulations.

Length of Stay

• Additional 1 years for stay permit.

Requirements

E31A (married to an Indonesian person):

1. Scan passport ID page
2. Scan old KITAS
3. Marriage certificate.
4. Proof of Marriage Report from Civil Registry
5. Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) of the Indonesian spouse.
6. ID (KTP) of the Indonesian spouse.

E31B (wife/husband holding Independent KITAS):

1. Scan passport ID page
2. Marriage certificate that have been translated to Indonesian, except English
3. Scan old KITAS (from the applicant)
4. Scan KITAS from husband or wife that is still valid
5. Proof of Marriage Report from Civil Registry, that have been translated to Indonesian, except English
6. RPTKA husband/wife (for foreign skilled workers).

E31E (parents holding Independent KITAS):

1. Scan passport ID page.
2. Scan old KITAS.
3. Birth Certificate that have been translated to Indonesian, except English
4. Parents marriage certificate ( if parents married), if not, you should provide
   the letter of living together from Your Government or Indonesian Government.
   That have been translated to Indonesian, except English.
5. Scan KITAS from father/mother.
