Family KITAP

This permit is suitable for foreigners legally married to Indonesian citizens, their children
from mixed-nationality marriages, and dependents of KITAP holders who wish to settle in Indonesia.

Process

1. 1. • 60 working days.

Length of stay

1. 1. • Up to 5 years.

Terms and conditions

1. 1. • Live in Indonesia for five years, with the possibility of extension.
      • Engage in social, cultural, educational, and familial activities.
      • Travel in and out of Indonesia.
      • It is not permitted to stay in Indonesia after your KITAP expires.
      • It is prohibited to apply for a job without a work permit.

Requirements

1. Scan the passport ID page
2. Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
3. Current KITAS (minimum validity period of 3 months).
4. A KITAS that shows the applicant has been living in Indonesia for the past 2 years.
5. A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 1,500  or equivalent
   in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
6. Indonesian ID card (KTP) of Indonesian spouse.
7. Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) of Indonesian spouse.
8. Birth Certificate (Akta Lahir) of Indonesian spouse.
9. Marriage certificate.
10. Proof of Marriage Registration at the Population and Civil Registration Office
11. Letter of domicile.
