Working KITAP

For professionals who have worked in Indonesia as a Director or Commissioner on a Working KITAS for
a minimum of three years. Apply within Indonesia to secure a five-year KITAP, extendable for a lifetime of stability.

Process

1. 1. • 60 working days.

Length of stay

1. 1. • Up to 5 years.

Terms and conditions

1. 1. • Live in Indonesia for five years, with the possibility of extension.
      • Work in Indonesia (requires a work permit for the specific job).
      • Engage in social, cultural, educational, and familial activities.
      • Travel in and out of Indonesia.
      • It is not permitted to stay in Indonesia after your KITAP expires.
      • It is prohibited to engage in any work or job outside of that which is associated with your KITAP.

Requirements

From applicant:

1. Scan the passport ID page
2. Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
3. Current KITAS (minimum validity period of 3 months).
4. A KITAS that shows the applicant has been living in Indonesia for the past 3 years.
5. Copy of University Degree Certificate or relevant qualification/ experience.
6. Job/title position.
7. Letter of domicile.

From company:

1. Deed of establishment of the company along with its amendments.
2. Approval of the company from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR).
3. OSS documents (Business Identification Number/NIB, Location Permit, Business License).
4. Company Tax Registration Number (NPWP).
5. Copy of shareholders’ passports or Indonesian ID cards (KTP).
6. Company letterhead and official company stamp.
7. Login access to TKA Online & Visa Online (if the company is already registered).
