Investor KITAP
Investor KITAP is a permanent stay permit for foreigners who have invested in an Indonesian
company and previously held an Investor KITAS for at least 3 consecutive years.

- Live in Indonesia for five years, with the possibility of extension.

Engage in investment activities for your company.
- Engage in social, cultural, educational, and familial activities.
- Travel in and out of Indonesia.
- It is not permitted to stay in Indonesia after your KITAP expires.
- It is prohibited to engage in any work or job outside of the investment
activities within the company you have invested in.

Requirements
From applicant:
- Scan the passport ID page
- Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
- Current KITAS (minimum validity period of 3 months).
- A KITAS that shows the applicant has been living in Indonesia for the past 3 years.
- Personal NPWP (Tax Filing Number).
- Letter of domicile.
From company:
- Deed of establishment of the company along with its amendments.
- Evidence of share ownership of at least Rp15,000,000,000.00 (fifteen billion rupiah) or equivalent
in the guarantor company listed in the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. - Approval of the company from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR).
- OSS documents (Business Identification Number/NIB, Location Permit, Business License).
- Company Tax Registration Number (NPWP).
- Copy of shareholders’ passports or Indonesian ID cards (KTP).
- Company letterhead and official company stamp.
- Login access to TKA Online & Visa Online (if the company is already registered).
