Single Entry Art & Cultural Performance Visa (C7)

The C7 visa is for foreigners who want to do arts and cultural activities in Indonesia. This includes showing, displaying,
or performing a work related to arts and culture.

Length of Stay

The C7 visa allows foreigners to stay in Indonesia for 30 days.
This visa is not extendable.

Requirements

Scan the passport ID page with at least 6 months validity.
Residential address in Indonesia.
Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 2,000 or equivalent
in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
Guarantee letter from the event organizer.
The visa application letter from the impresariat and the performer’s contract with
the activity organizer.

Workflow

Visa Application Steps

Payment – After payment, we’ll email your order details and a link to upload documents.
Document Review – We’ll check your documents and contact you if anything is missing.
Application Process – Once complete, we’ll submit your data to immigration.
Processing Time – Visa processing takes up to 14 working days.
E-Visa Delivery – Once issued, we’ll send your E-Visa via WhatsApp or email.

Note

Please kindly wait for the process until the E-Visa issued and do not enter Indonesia without the E- Visa.
The process of the E-Visa is based on the working days of Indonesian Government, so it will not Include weekend and public holiday.
When the E-Visa already issued, please kindly enter Indonesia before 90 days since the E-Visa issued or the visa will be canceled automatically.
