Investor KITAS

This KITAS allows the holder to stay in Indonesia for 2 years to conduct investment activities, including
setting up a company, managing a business, or monitoring the progress of the business they have invested in.

Length of Stay

• Investor KITAS allows foreigners to stay in Indonesia for 2 years.

Requirements

1. Scan the passport ID page with at least 6 months validity.
2. Residential address in Indonesia.
3. Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
4. A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 2,000  or equivalent
   in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
5. PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document
6. Proof of ownership of shares of at least Rp10,000,000,000 or equivalent as listed in the investment ministry’s data.
7. Ministerial Decree regarding the approval of the establishment of the limited liability company (PT).
8. Company’s bank statements for the last 2 months.
