Multiple Entry Pre-Investment Visa (D12)

The D12 visa is intended for foreigners who will visit for pre-investment activities or to start
a business and invest, including field surveys or feasibility analysis of the business or
investment you are interested in. This visa grants a 180-day stay permit and can be extended once.

Length of Stay

• The D12 visa allows foreigners to stay in Indonesia for 180 days.
• It can be extended once, with an additional 180 days of stay.
• The maximum total stay with a D12 visa is 360 days per visit.

Visa validity

• 1 year
• 2 years

Requirements

1. Scan the passport ID page with at least 6 months validity.
2. Residential address in Indonesia.
3. Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
4. A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 2,000  or equivalent
   in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
5. Birth certificate (for children only).
