This visa extension allows pre-investment visa (D12) holders to stay in Indonesia for more than 180 days.
The visa can be extended once for an additional 180 days. After that, you must leave Indonesia; however,
holders of a two-year visa may re-enter under the same conditions as long as the visa remains valid.

Requirements

1. Scan of your passport ID page.
2. Half body photo.
3. E-visa.
4. ITK (stay permit).
