Retirement KITAP
Retirement KITAP is a permanent stay permit for foreigners who wish to spend their retirement years in Indonesia.
It is available for those who have held a Retirement KITAS for at least three consecutive years and meet the
retirement requirements set by Indonesian Immigration.

- Live in Indonesia for five years, with the possibility of extension.
- Be eligible for a local ID card (KTP-OA), facilitating easier access to services and amenities.
- Participate in non-profit activities such as voluntary work, hobbies, and social activities.
- Travel in and out of Indonesia.
- It is prohibited to stay in Indonesia after your KITAP expires.
- It is prohibited to work or be employed in Indonesia.
- It is not permitted to remove financial requirements such as proof of income and health insurance.

Requirements
- Scan the passport ID page
- Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
- Current KITAS (minimum validity period of 3 months).
- A KITAS that shows the applicant has been living in Indonesia for the past 3 years.
- A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 1,500Â or equivalent
in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account). - Life or health insurance policy.
- Maid/ helper ID card (KTP).
- Domicile letter of home address in Bali and copy of lease agreement.
