Single Entry Short Course & Training Visa (C9)

The C9 visa is for foreigners who want to take short courses or training in Indonesia.

Length of Stay

Scan the passport ID page with at least 6 months validity.
Residential address in Indonesia.
Photograph half body with blue, red or white background.
A proof of bank statement with minimum balance at least USD 2,000 or equivalent
in the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
Provide proof of registration or a certificate for participating in a benchmarking study,
short course, or short training program from a government agency or private institution.

Payment – After payment, we’ll email your order details and a link to upload documents.
Document Review – We’ll check your documents and contact you if anything is missing.
Application Process – Once complete, we’ll submit your data to immigration.
Processing Time – Visa processing takes up to 14 working days.
E-Visa Delivery – Once issued, we’ll send your E-Visa via WhatsApp or email.

Please kindly wait for the process until the E-Visa issued and do not enter Indonesia without the E- Visa.
The process of the E-Visa is based on the working days of Indonesian Government, so it will not Include weekend and public holiday.
When the E-Visa already issued, please kindly enter Indonesia before 90 days since the E-Visa issued or the visa will be canceled automatically.
