Requirements

1.  Scan of KITAS/e-KITAS
2. Scan passport ID page
3. Residence Certificate (SKTT)
4. Permanent Business License (IUT)
5. Notification of Foreign Manpower Employment Permit (IMTA)
   and Recommendations for Plans for Using Foreign Workers (RPTKA)
6. Company Business License (SIUP)
7. Investment Approval Letter
8. A company’s NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) is its official identification number.
9. Certificate of Company Registration (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan).
10. Company Tax ID (NPWP Badan Usaha).
11. Articles of incorporation (Akta pendirian perusahaan).
